Nelson's Artisans. Experience the Great Taste of Nelson / Tasman.

This private tour takes you via country roads to visit several of Nelson/Tasman’s boutique wineries, craft breweries, fine food producers and artists. If you have a specific interest we can tailor the programme to suit. Along the way we will stop for a kiwi style picnic with local food prepared lovingly by local artisans on a quiet beach or private garden. A short walk brings you to the Mapua ferry jetty. On arrival in Mapua there will be time to stroll around the boutique shops. Then it’s on to a winery, finishing with a visit the oldest Pub in NZ to try their artisan beer. The Great Taste is also about the scenery ~ rolling hills bordering the Tasman Bay framed by the mountains of the Kahurangi National Park. Your driver/guide has 30 years of experience in creating memorable experiences so we know you will be in great company and safe hands.
